Rajarajeshwari Kodhandapani was three days old when her right forearm had to be amputated. But this did not discourage her from pursuing her dreams. It made her push harder. Today, the 35-year-old from Bangalore is a young entrepreneur. However, her dream of getting a driver's license crashed after Regional Transport Officials rejected her application saying 'one hand, one eye, we don't issue license.' A driving license can be a ticket to freedom of movement - but this freedom has remained out of reach for this Bangalorean for nine years.
