A woman in Aligarh has set herself on fire after spending three days in a bank queue, trying -- and failing -- to change old notes and buy food for her children. The Uttar Pradesh government has now announced a compensation Rs. 5 lakh for her family. Raziya, a resident of Aligarh, set herself on fire on November 22. On December 4, she died at a Delhi hospital, where she had been brought for treatment.
