It is an attempt to make funding of political parties more transparent but will it succeed? The Finance Minister announced in the budget that now cash donations by individuals will be limited to Rs 2,000, down from the Rs 20,000 earlier, but is it enough? Do political parties need to come completely clean on each and every penny?
