Makeover for Mercedes

The latest from Mercedes Benz is not a car. Bluetec is the company's latest technological innovation and it is taking a segment of cars known for being environmentally unfriendly into the green zone. Bluetec uses Ad Blue which is a liquid urea based solution injected into exhaust. This releases ammonia, of which 80 per cent is converted to nitrogen and water. The Adblue liquid is stored in its own tank and doesn't need refilling for approximately 28,000-30,000 km.
