At a crucial meeting of the foreign ministers Shanghai Cooperation Organisation's (SCO) member states, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar spoke, among other things, on the overall situation in Ladakh with his Chinese counterpart. During the bilateral talks, the Chinese Foreign Minister spoke on promoting peace, and building an open and inclusive security system in the Asia-Pacific region that does not target any third country.
