Indexes at new high does not indicate sentiment: Anil Maghnani

Anil Maghnani of Modern Shares & Stock Brokers says that while the indices are on their way to making a new high, it should be considered as just another level. Most stocks on the index are still trading 15-30 per cent lower than their May levels and the index at a new high does not indicate a change in sentiment.
