Congress MP Abhishek Manu Singhvi says that the INDIA bloc believes in parliamentary democracy. He says that the alliance believes in contesting polls as an aggregate of individual unit elections. Mr Singhvi believes that declaring a PM face prior to polls and results is no less than violence and against the core idea of the alliance.
