Arvind Kejriwal's Petition Assigned To 3-Judge Supreme Court Bench
The Chief Justice Of India has assigned a special bench for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's petition, challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate yesterday in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case. The three-judge bench is led by Justice Sanjiv Khanna, with MM Sundresh and Bela Trivedi will hear the matter today at 11AM.
