At a time when several prominent BRS leaders have joined the Congress and MLAs are meeting Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, it would appear that the Congress is keeping them waiting so they don't attract provisions of the anti-defection law. In an exclusive chat with NDTV's Uma Sudhir, AICC in-charge for Telangana Deepa Das Munshi said new talent is welcome in the party and that they are waiting for more numbers to make it legal. She also spoke about the political gains expected for the Congress with the Telangana assembly passing the resolution for a comprehensive caste survey in the state.
