Twelve of 13 men accused of planting bombs on Mumbai's local trains that killed 189 people nine years ago, have been convicted. The BMC today moved a proposal to reduce the number of meat ban days in Mumbai from four to two. The decision by the city's civic body came as the Bombay High Court today described the ban as regressive. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced that 64 secret files of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose will be made public next Friday.
