Taxpayer Wants Best Return, Says NITI Vice-Chairman

In an interview to NDTV, Rajiv Kumar, Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog, says, "Taxpayer wants the best return on their investment, they would not want assets to be used inefficiently and wasted. When used efficiently, these assets generate growth and employment that benefit the taxpayer. Nothing in the government is ours, everything belongs to the taxpayer and the government works for the people."
