A new report on Human Rights in Jammu and Kashmir, which looks at the period between August 2020 and January 2021, highlights that hundreds in Jammu and Kashmir, including minors and several elected legislators, remain "under preventive detention" and that the "near-total alienation of people of Kashmir Valley from the Indian state and people continues".
