From the Delhi High Court, to the National Green Tribunal to the Delhi Chief Minister - they've all announced emergency measures due to the toxic air we are breathing. For instance the Delhi High Court has asked to consider the possibility of cloud seeding, the green panel has banned all construction work till 14th - they've asked why artificial rain isn't being triggered and they want old vehicles to be banned. The safe limit is less than 100 now with the Air Quality Index at 1400. As Delhi chokes, are measures like odd-even rule just tokenism?
