Aam Aadmi Party chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal openly asks voters to text their voter information back to an AAP mobile number and get registered, the BJP seeks mobile numbers at Narendra Modi rallies and the Congress does the same via its website. Do parties have internal privacy policies? Is the Election Commission educating voters on violations when not itself seeking voters' mobile numbers?
