More than 250 people were killed and about 900 injured in the horrific train crash in Odisha, involving the Bengaluru-Howrah Superfast Express, the Shalimar-Chennai Central Coromandel Express and a goods train, officials said on Saturday. "We need to learn from this. We need to find out if it was a technical issue or a manual fault," said Prempal Sharma, ex-executive director of the Indian Railways Board.
