An Indian heart is beating in a young woman from Pakistan thanks to a life-saving heart transplant in Chennai. What's even more touching is that surgeons operated on her for free and patients and a trust run by doctors pitched in for the surgery as the family from Karachi couldn't afford the cost of surgery.
