Members of the Congress and Samajwadi Party almost came to blows in Parliament today, forcing the Rajya Sabha to adjourn briefly in the afternoon. The clash between Samajwadi Party member Naresh Agarwal and Congress party's Mani Shankar Aiyer took place amid loud demands in the Upper House for a discussion on the killing of Indian jawans by Pakistan.
