Vikas and Vishal Yadav will be sentenced today by a Delhi court in the Nitish Katara murder case.
The court had found them guilty of kidnapping and murdering Nitish in February 2002. It is one of Delhi's most controversial and closely-watched cases, the trial took nearly six years to conclude.
