Teenagers In India Get Arrested On Grounds Of Doing "Terroristic Harm": Amartya Sen

Economist and Nobel laureate Professor Amartya Sen says one of the oddities in India, that people who are barely in their teen age get arrested on grounds of doing very great turmoil and terroristic harm. Climate Activist Disha Ravi, who was recently arrested, says, and "I think I applaud that, saying 'if keeping me in prison is the way Indians are given the right to have freedom, then so be it'; that's a noble statement", Mr Sen says.
