PoK boy united with Indian grandparents

A toddler from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK), orphaned during last October earthquake in Kashmir, has been reunited with his grandparents in Srinagar. The authorities have now granted Indian citizenship to the two-year-old child, thus making him the first PoK resident to receive it.
