Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday spoke to Congress president Sonia Gandhi, who was admitted to a hospital here due to a ''mild breathing difficulty and a chest infection'', and extended new year greetings. Singh spoke to 61-year-old Gandhi over phone and enquired about her health, sources said.
