Some Muslim men arrested for allegedly throwing stones at a Navratri Garba event were tied to a pole and flogged with canes by police personnel in Gujarat's Kheda district, show videos viral on Twitter. Crowds were seen cheering as officers watched plainclothes cops hit the men. A report in local news outlet VTV Gujarati News, which also shared the video, said a case was registered against 43 people in Undhela village after stone-pelting injured six people who were dancing at the traditional Hindu event.
