Delhi is one of the few places that have not been swept by the Modi wave. However, the centre has now passed a bill in parliament which will transfer all of the powers to Lieutenant Governor. The crux of the bill is: all executive orders by the Delhi Cabinet will now have to be approved by the L-G. Many are asking now: Why should people of Delhi vote now?
