Jayalalithaa Buried In Sandalwood Casket Next To Mentor MGR

J Jayalalithaa was buried with full state honours at Marina beach, near to the memorial of her mentor MG Ramachandran. Lakhs of people followed her funeral procession to get a final glimpse of their beloved "Amma" or mother. Ms Jayalalithaa, 68, died at 11.30 on Monday night, after a huge cardiac arrest the day before.
