The proposal of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) to double the tuition fee has hardly deterred the aspirants.Shafquat Ali, daughter of an autorickshaw driver, is an IIT aspirant and is determined to crack the entrance test. It doesn't matter to her that she hails from poor families. She shrugs off the fee hike.
