Haryana voters are a divided lot. While some want the Congress-Jannayak Janata Party alliance, some support the BJP, and some are in favour of the independent candidates. The division in voters' mind is reflected in the early Haryana election leads too that show a fractured mandate with BJP unable to get majority on its own.
