Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane speaks exclusively to NDTV on how India's popular holiday destination is welcoming tourists amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Goa recently opened up to tourists and travellers with several regulations in place, but the state has seen a spike in cases in the recent few days. The minister has said that it was looking at plasma therapy as an option and has asked the ICMR nod to set up a plasma bank in Goa.
