'China's Deceiving Tactics, Situation Grim': Former Army Chief General Bikram Singh
China's political leadership deceived India by their remarks that they were in favour of peaceful resolution of the stand-off with India while the instructions on grounds were different, former Army chief General Bikram Singh told NDTV. He also said that India-China standoff will take some time to resolve. 20 Indian soldiers were killed in a violent stand-off with Chinese troops in Ladakh on Monday night.
