Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced Rs 2 compensation from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for the family of Arbind Kumar Sah, the golgappa seller from Bihar, who was shot at point-blank range in Srinagar. Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has condemned the killings. A spate of targeted civilian killings in Kashmir had led to exodus of several Kashmiri Pandits living in transit camps over a week ago.
