The central government and farmer leaders will go in for a third round of discussions amid the 'Delhi Chalo' march. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is also attending the meeting. Union Ministers Arjun Munda, Piyush Goyal, and Nityanand Rai were to meet the farmers' union leaders at 5 pm in Chandigarh as farmers push for a Minimum Support Price guarantee, loan waivers, and the implementation of the Swaminathan Commission recommendations. But the meeting has now got delayed as there are reports of back-channel negotiations before the formal meeting.
