MCD election results: BJP's Delhi veteran VK Malhotra is smiling. And there is little activity at the Delhi Congress headquarters. Therein lies the tale of trends halfway into counting of votes for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) elections - the BJP for now seems set to retain its hold over the civic body.
