Facebook executives today skipped a hearing of the Delhi Assembly's Peace and Harmony committee, saying they had already appeared before a parliamentary panel and the subject comes under the jurisdiction of the center. Raghav Chadha, the head of the Delhi panel, spoke to NDTV on the final warning to Facebook and why he thinks that the executives' no-show means they have something to hide.
