National Security Adviser Ajit Doval will today visit West Bengal, where a blast this month has raised fears about a terror plot with international links. Mr Doval is expected to deliver a tough message from the Centre to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on her government's alleged mishandling of the investigation and lawlessness near the border with Bangladesh.
