Police seized 1.3 kg of heroin from a vehicle in Karimganj along the Assam-Mizoram border on March 10. "We recovered 100 soap cases containing drugs from the secret chambers of the vehicle. Three people were arrested. A case under NDPS Act has been registered," a police official said.
