"It turned into a major crisis where fuel shortages are there and food is not there. If you are not going to have a French Revolution kind of an outcome, what else did you expect? India has helped them greatly. But you can't keep pouring money down the drain, you want to know where it is headed and probably use your clout to guide it in a certain direction," said former diplomat and strategic affairs expert, KC Singh.
