"Migrants Expected To Be Sensitive To Employer's Culture": Activist

"There is a huge issue with language and it's a problem because when somebody comes to work at a place, we expect them to learn and be sensitive to the culture of their employers but the general attitude of a huge number of people coming in waves is that they end up showing dominant traits, they start having factions," said Kasturi Shankar, actor and activist, while discussing if there is a need to make an effort to make migrant workers familiarise with different language and culture when moving to a new place.
