"I think there will be a resolution. The fact that we have the new Chinese FM, there is Penny Wong, I think they will strike a balance. Everyone thinks this war should end...This is a moment for India," Amitabh Mattoo, international relations professor at JNU, said when asked whether the G20 meet of foreign ministers will break the deadlock and a common resolution will be passed by the members.
