Clinical Nutritionist Lovneet Batra says that nutrition plays an important role while recovering from COVID-19. Nutrients in people's diet help them fight inflammation that the body suffers from during Covid infection. As she answers some of the commonly asked questions on nutrition and fitness amid COVID-19, Ms Batra warns against self-prescribing supplements and recommends consulting doctors or nutritionists before taking those. Ms Batra also suggests that as people face fatigue after Covid they should take carbohydrates and rest well.
