Activist Yogita Bhayana questioned the police over the delay in arresting the accused of the Manipur incident in which two women were paraded naked and allegedly gang-raped. The incident is just the tip of the iceberg, she said, adding that several cases are not even being reported because of the internet ban. Ms Bhayana demanded the chief minster's arrest, saying he ignored the incident.
