A photo tweeted by Rahul Gandhi said everything after his meeting with Madhya Pradesh Congress chief Kamal Nath and Jyotiraditya Scindia on Thursday evening, in the middle of a tense race for the chief minister's post. The crisis was over in at least one of the three states the Congress won on Tuesday. Kamal Nath is set to be named chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, a decision that his younger rival Jyotiraditya Scindia apparently accepted after marathon meetings. The race in Rajasthan remains open; Ashok Gehlot is the leadership's favourite but state Congress chief Sachin Pilot is not giving up. The two are at a late-night meeting with Rahul Gandhi.
