Breakthrough In Talks? India, China To Push For Early Disengagement

The ninth round of India-China talks - held on the Chinese side of the Moldo-Chushul border meeting point yesterday to resolve the months-long standoff along the LAC (Line of Actual Control) in eastern Ladakh - was "positive, practical and constructive" and finished with both sides agreeing to "push for an early disengagement of frontline troops", the government said on Monday evening.
