Foreign Universities Could Have India Campuses Soon

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has released draft rules for allowing foreign universities to set up campuses in India. The draft allows foreign universities to operate in India with the UGC's approval. While this is a draft, the final regulations are expected to be out by the end of this month. We speak to experts to analyse these rules, what these could mean for foreign education aspirants in India, and whether the quality of these institutions can be possibly maintained.
