A British journalist held captive by the Islamic State appeared in a new video more than two years after he was kidnapped in Syria. In Bangalore, Mehdi Biswas is under arrest for allegedly being behind a pro-Islamic State Twitter account. Areeb Majid is also in custody for allegedly joining the terrorist group in Iraq. We ask whether the Islamic State is winning the propaganda war.
