Dhruva Command Successfully Carries Out Maiden Airdrops Of Warfighting Loads By IAF's An 32 Aircraft
Moving a step closer to theatreisation, the air maintenance team of Dhruva Command successfully carried out maiden airdrops of warfighting loads by AN 32 aircraft of the Indian Air Force (IAF) in support of Mechanised Forces on Western Borders. AN-32 is a transport aircraft used by IAF for troop transport, cargo delivery, and airdrops. IAF regularly conducts airdrop operations and exercises to enhance its operational capabilities.
