Delhi will begin unlocking slowly from Monday as the COVID-19 positivity rate is at 1.5 per cent with only 1,100 new cases being reported, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman chaired the 43rd GST Council meet after a gap of almost eight months amid the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. India recorded 1.86 lakh new Covid cases in the last 24 hours, the lowest since April 14. The daily deaths due to Covid, however, remained over 3,000.
