Among the several tragedies that are unfolding as Delhi comes to terms with the blast at the High Court is the case of 20-year-old law student Amanpreet Singh Jolly from Tilak Nagar. The young man, who was training at the court, had forgotten his black robe on that fateful day. He thus had to stand in the queue to get a court pass made, which later saw him lose his life.
