Hundreds of students in Delhi sat in classrooms on Monday waiting for question papers, as the first CBSE board exam since last week's paper leaks were delayed by more than an hour in the confusion over a new "URL-based" delivery system to ensure maximum security. The CBSE said that there was a few minute delay at few centres and that exams went off without a hitch. Today, the Delhi High Court asked the CBSE how it could wait till July to re-conduct the Class X Maths exam and keep students on "tenterhooks" till then. The National Human Rights Commission also stepped in saying the humiliation being faced by the innocent students amounts to a violation of their Rights to Dignity and Education. On Trending @ 10, we ask: what happened to the CBSE's new 'system'? And can CBSE pass this test?
