Dalit Students' Suspension Revoked: Too Little, Too Late?

The four Dalit PhD students have their suspensions revoked, which begs the question - if they are innocent, why were they suspended in the first place? And in all this a Professor has contradicted the claim of Education Minister Minister Smriti Irani that the expulsion had the sanction of a Dalit Professor. Professor Prakash Babu says he was on the panel but did not agree with the expulsion at all.
