Crackdown On Hate Speech: Justice Delayed?

Within hours after Justice Muralidhar and his fellow judge expressed anguish at no FIRS being registered against the hate speeches by 3 BJP leaders, the case was transferred and his marching orders came abruptly via this late night transfer order. The timing of this transfer has been questioned nationwide. Meanwhile, the government defended the decision saying it took consent of the 3 judges. Also the High Court today gave a month's time to centre seeking an update on the action taken. Tonight on LRC we ask that why has justice been delayed by taking no action against hate speeches?
