R Sampath Kumar, a software engineer from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, has won 'India's stock market hero' contest that aired on NDTV Profit for the 2pm to 3.30pm band by selecting Tata Steel stock, which was up 2.30 per cent. NDTV Profit and Hero MotoCorp Ltd have launched the contest, which gives an opportunity to every stock market enthusiast to win Rs 50,000 every two hours and up to Rs 2 lakh every day for the next 2 months.
